[Important] Game-Wide Overhaul, Retirement of Existing Heroes and Items, and Compensation

Thank you for playing STRIKE WORLD.

We have an important announcement for all players regarding the future of the game.

In order to provide everyone with a new and improved experience, STRIKE WORLD will be given a game-wide overhaul in the winter of 2026.

As part of this overhaul, existing heroes and items will be retired and will not be available in the new version.
We deeply apologize for the inconvenience this causes to everyone playing the current version.

■ Overhaul details

1. Compensation for changes made to the existing game

To appropriately compensate all players who have supported STRIKE WORLD until now, we will do the following.

• Provide compensation equivalent to the total amount spent
New paid items corresponding to the total amount spent on this service to date (the total amount spent between February 19, 2026 and August 20, 2026) will be granted to your new account after the overhaul is completed.

We will provide further details regarding compensation at a later date.
Please note: Compensation will be based on the total amount spent, regardless of whether items have been used.

• Provide a base amount of compensation to all players
To show our gratitude to everyone who played the game in its current form, we will provide the following items as compensation to all accounts that played the current version.

Enough gems in the new version for each player to open 30 new Premium Chests

Please note: The actual number of gems provided may be adjusted according to the rate at the time the service is relaunched.

• How to receive compensation
The following actions are required to receive compensation.

- Update from the current version to the new version
　(Please do not uninstall the current version before the overhaul is finished.)
- Link your Google/Apple account to the current version and link the same account to the new version
- To be prepared in the event of any issues, please be sure to take note of your UID before the long-term maintenance.

Please note: The exact method of receiving compensation and other details will be announced at a later date.

2. Long-term maintenance

In conjunction with the overhaul, the current service will be temporarily suspended according to the following schedule, as we conduct long-term maintenance.

3. Halting the sales of paid items

Sales of all paid items were halted as of the end of maintenance on August 20, 2026.
We deeply appreciate your support.

4. What will happen to currently owned items

Be sure to use all the items and in-game currency you wish to use before they are retired at the start of long-term maintenance.

Please note:
• We cannot provide individual refunds or compensation for owned items.
• Regardless of whether owned items have been used, compensation based on the total amount spent will be provided.
